Delivery and Returns

Delivery

My range of  handmade jewellery and bead craft gifts, are usually dispatched within 24 hours. Items purchased over a weekend will be posted on Monday.  I post using the Royal Mail network and can deliver your order to any address within the UK.

I will send the jewellery and craft gifts to the address you specify for delivery.  You are responsible for making arrangements to receive the goods and if the goods are held at the post office or other delivery company's depot because no one was available when the goods were delivered, then it is your responsibility to swiftly collect the goods. It is important that the addresses supplied by you are accurate.

Proof of postage is obtained for all my jewellery and craft gifts.  Please note your card will be charged for the full value of your order on authorisation. On acceptance of your order your goods will then be sent as soon as possible, usually the next working day. Whenever possible I use recycled packaging in order to help protect our environment and reduce the cost to you.  For items valued to £15.00, they will be sent by First Class Post, items over £15.00 will be sent by First Class Recorded Post.

 

Cost

 

The average cost of postage in the UK will be £2.50 for Recorded Delivery and £1.75 for First Class Post. Smaller items will include a cheaper postage cost.


Returns

I hope you will be delighted with your jewellery or gift. If you are not, for any reason, I will give a full refund of the item value and postage, provided I am contacted within 7 days and the item returned within 14 days. However, the purchaser must pay return postage costs.

Any jewellery that has been custom made or items such as earrings that by reason of their nature cannot be returned . (Earrings are covered under the Sale of Goods Act 1979, as amended in 1994,)

To cancel or return a purchase, please email me FairlyGirly@yahoo.co.uk within seven days of delivery of your item.

 

You must take reasonable care of the jewellery or craft gift and must not use them. Items may be returned via Royal Mail, ( via Special Delivery or Recorded Signed for ) - please retain proof of postage. This cost should be met by yourself and sent to the address advised when informing me of your return.
